| Mister Joe is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Texas Woman's University in Denton. He performs at various locations in the area. He has over 100 songs published and recorded and has received the ASCAP-Plus award annually since 2000. |

| I still believe in two meals a day and two miles of walking. It is a good plan for an old man. Every day we eat, we sleep, we bathe, we read, we watch TV; so why don't we walk? We are lazy. |
I still do the Courthouse Stroll nearly every night,
but it is not always at 10:00 p.m. The three laps takes
about 30 minutes. If you want to join me sometime,
